Brenta launched in February 2026 and is the master plan's VIS product: capped at 150 monthly minimum wages, with the price adjusting to the wage in force at deed signing, expected in 2028.
Because the price is set in minimum wages rather than in fixed pesos, the peso figure moves every year. The estimated reference at deed signing is around COP 308 million.
